Where can I swim when visiting New York?

I'll be in NY in early August. I'm staying at the Hilton on Ave. of the Americas (6th Ave. between 53rd & 54th). I'm hoping to find a master's program (esp. one that has morning workouts) that I can come to a few times. Know of any? Thanks!
