I'll be in NY in early August. I'm staying at the Hilton on Ave. of the Americas (6th Ave. between 53rd & 54th). I'm hoping to find a master's program (esp. one that has morning workouts) that I can come to a few times. Know of any?

I have never practiced with the Red Tide. However, I am a graduate of John Jay College of Criminal Justice. The pool is prety good and it is close to where you will be staying. It is very near Columbus Circle and if my memory serves me correct, I think John Jay is on 59th st.
