That picture looks like it was taken at Asphalt Green in NYC (where I swim every night). Based on the NYC2012 sign in the background, my guess is it was taken at one of two fundraising events held in November 2004 and April 2005. If so, he can't be diving off a springboard, since the boards are at the opposite end. More likely, it's the camera angle (unless he's diving off the balcony that overhangs that end of the pool, which I doubt). ;)
