A sub 25 second 50 meter free is very impressive. The only US women who have gone sub 25 are Torres, Van Dyken, Joyce and Coughlin. not to mention it's early June.
reminds me of Gail Devers who had a baby and came back to win the 60m hurdles at the Millrose games this past February at age 40.
A use Dara as inspiration in my training. I don't like being beaten by women. I deeply admire women who can beat me, but just don't like it.
If she can do a sub 25, than I am sure going to try!!!! I still have a long way to go, but I think I'll get there.
