Well, I finally got organized in counting the laps and swam a mile today mostly without stopping. The time was not pretty but I did it without getting out of breath and felt great at the end. I actually think I was getting faster in the later laps which seems strange - endorphins, maybe?

That's fabulous!! Keep up the good work. Sounds like you were getting into a good groove on those later laps. Endorphins are good!
Excellent job! :groovy: A mile is a great milestone. If you're feeling better towards the end of the swim. . . do I see a distance swimmer in the works?
