Who all is going to the meet in betonville,arkansas? Is anyone else besides me going from arkansas? I hope that I'm not the only person going. I will also be at the swim meet in dallas,texas July 20-21.

My shoulders have healed and now I'm ready to get back to swim practice. I've done physical therapy and massage therapy. I'm ready to get back and really practice hard with everyone. I was planning on training 4 days this week but, the doctor said no that is risking another tear in my shoulder, what do yall think?
