This swim was the best social swim in years. Every time I tried to find my daughter at the start (she also swam--her first OW swim!) I ran into someone else I knew. Bizarre, usually I don't know anyone at these things who didn't come with me.
Thankfully, the water was not too cold. Could have done without the breakers mid-course though.
I'll see you at zones. Don't forget the pom-poms!
