Since the record hasn't been updated for a while (and their site hasn't either), is there anyone who knows if they still swim at the same place and have Sat morning workouts? I'm in Binghamton, actually very close to the Univ, and am thinking of trying to swim with them tomorrow.
If I don't hear back, I'll just get up and try it, go for a run if they don't have a workout.
