Anyone have any nice moderate workouts for pull buoys involving various strokes or drills rather than just free?
Or do you have an idea of what else I can do if I cannot kick.

This probably isn't what you want, but one of my favorite drills is breaststroke kick on my back with a pool buoy. Not good for a bad knee, but it's a good drill.
