Anyone have any nice moderate workouts for pull buoys involving various strokes or drills rather than just free?
Or do you have an idea of what else I can do if I cannot kick.

Fun with a pull buoy? Hmm? Throw it away is the first thing that comes to mind for me.

I just want some ideas in case I have to go "no kick" for a few weeks and I am not going to do free pulling endlessly.
