The qualifying times for the XII FINA World Masters Championships to be held in Perth Australia have been posted:

They are not particurally difficult - I had to check to be sure that I was looking at the men's times and not women's times - a 14:10.00 for the 800 - Yes!!!!

Yea, I agree the times aren't that tough. I could probably qualify for 5 or 6events, and I'm not even a fast swimmer.
I've been to Perth, as part of a month-long Australian vacation, and it was fantastic. This was back in 1991, and I saw few other Americans there. Every Australian was extremely friendly, even got invited to a cookout with a family who felt sorry for me. I'd rather not mix a swim meet with a vacation, when I get away I like to get away, maybe workout but keep it up in the air.
When is the Austin meet next year?
