Hope everyone's "re-entry" is going smoothly & that you take time to feel good about your meet.
There's another aspect of "re-entry" - I woke up at 5 am Monday morning craving more racing. It's hard to get out of thoroughbred mode after being in it for days. So I ran 12 miles. Problem solved! Seriously, that worked like a charm. Back to engine building for triathlon season!
