The video person at NYT's Play magazine wants to post some video on the Times web site to accompany a story I wrote on the Race Club.
One idea they are playing around with is profiling a Father and/or Mother with a Son and/or Daughter who are both swimming (obviously in different age groups!) out at SCY Nats in Federal Way.
Maybe there is even a greater generational story to be told--i.e., grandparent, parent, and kid--all of them swimming.
Anyhow, if you know of anyone who fits this bill and might be interested in being part of a short movie, can you ask them to contact Emily Hager at hager@nytimes.com

The organizing committee for the meet will be well-represented in family relays. Jane Moore (Meet Director), Hugh Moore (President of the Organizing Committee), and their daughter, Sarah Moore, will join with Kathy Casey (Secretary and problem desk), Kathy's husband, Walt Reid (Records and Timers), and Kathy's daughter, Kelly Crandell (Programs and Office Administration) for a series of mother/daughter and father/daughter relays.
