Assuming an excellent technique in the 50 free, where can 1 second be gained? The start, the turn, the equipment?

Yeah... David Marsh agrees! I just got a dvd on turns by David Marsh and this is one of the first things he mentions. I've got to improve my turns. Hopefully the dvd will help!
