Anyone have some advice and/or structure for training for the 1500?

As I have mentioned in an earlier post, I am going to race a few 1500s. I'd like to actually train for them so I have been putting in significantly more easy yardage... 25-30k SCY a week for about a month so far. I wanted a benchmark so I swam a straight 1650 today in 20:25. I just don't known what workouts I should focus on to get FASTER than this!!! Any help greatly appreciated :)
