I`m 55 years old,.my knees are shot, so at my doctors advise I took up swimming 4 years ago. Last week I swam 1000 yards,.non-stop in 15 min. 40 seconds.

I absolutely love swimming, its an addiction. In June I`ll be swimming from Alcatraz to Aquatic Park,,,hopefully in under one hour.
