How am I doing?

I`m 55 years old,.my knees are shot, so at my doctors advise I took up swimming 4 years ago. Last week I swam 1000 yards,.non-stop in 15 min. 40 seconds.

About 4 years ago, at age 32, I did the 3000 postal and averaged 15 min per 1000 so I'd say you are doing great. Alison
