When I swim butterfly, a dull pain slowly develops on the inside of my shoulder blade on one side. It feels like something is being pinched. Does anyone know what could be causing this?
I'm sorry.....let me explain my post of "oh nooooo!". We have had a lot of discussions about technique vs anatomy in regards to shoulder pain. Yes, you are right that some problems can be traced to technique but not all. It would definitely be worth getting a coach to check out your technique. BUT it could be from having loosey goosey shoulder joints like me and my twin sis!:shakeshead:
