Last year I swam the 50m long course free in 30.5
The conversion charts convert that to about 26.5 for
50 yard short course free, but I'm about 27.9 on this.
I think I'm losing time on my turn. How long should turn
take? Thanks.

scm to scy is going to be a slow time. So if you go a PB in scm the conversion to scy is going to be easier to beat.

I don't know about LCM conversions.
