Well the Duel is Tuesday in Sydney. The first race is a MIXED 400 relay. (I'm guessing free though it doesn't say) How cool? I've been waiting for one of these. So who do you throw up there?

I feel so sad for Libby. That has to be very heartbreaking.
I had the same thing sort of happen in high school. I swam a 100 back that would have made the All-America list, but it wasn't approved because the meet did not have the right number of stroke judges and it was not timed electronically (only two watches were on my lane instead of three). I didn't have another chance to swim that time in another meet (it was my senior year), so I was left with the knowledge that my name would have been in the top six of that event that year.
I am sure she will have some motivation to do it at a race that will not be questioned. I'm sure Britta Steffen, Jodie Henry, Natalie Coughlin and others are sad, too, but will also pump up their workouts, knowing what has been done and what might be done.
