Just checking out the CZ psych sheets to see that I'm entered correctly.
I'll be swimming my first ever 200 back at the meet, as well as the rarely seen 200 IM. Wanted to make sure I had lots of rest, so I didn't try to guess a 2-back time, just entered NT. So far it looks like I'll be up against two ladies in their 90s.
Oy-veh, I don't no if I should laugh or cry.

Don't let them lap you - Anne and Mary are spunky and I would not put it past them to beat you down with their purses if you give them any lip!
Seriously though, they're amazing and it is so awesome that they're still competing and kicking butt at their age! It is truly phenomenal! One of the two will probably set a national or world record in that heat.
Oh great! The pressure of a WR swim to boot... I think I saw these two at LCM zones last year. They kept me smiling the whole meet--always together, always smiling.

I think I'll leave the grude matches to the fast set. Based on the times you guys are throwing down, I'll be nowhere near the "grude" heats. Maybe someday, if I work really, really hard, I'll be worthy of such a challenge.:notworthy:
Although, I am making a rare appearance in the 100 *** (decided to mix things up for this meet). I've only done the 100 *** once before, and yes, it was at gunpoint. My then 12 year-old was looking on, saying, "Mom, you always tell me not to complain. If the coach puts you in an event, it's because she needs you there, so go out and do your best." I hate it when they throw your own words back at you.
As a non-*** swimmer, this should be interesting. Any of the *** stroke challenged up for a challenge match?
