Well, I did it!!!!
This passed Sunday I had my first ever swim meet!!!!
I had wonderful time at the meet, got to dive 3 times off the blocks :applaud: during practice, not so scary after I did it a couple of times! One of the coaches from some club helped me a little. That was very nice of him!
Of course when the time came to the real thing I forgot to push off with my legs and it felt more like falling in... And then I forgot what I was supposed to do after the actual  in a hurry remembered to do a pull. After that I was fine, except still was too slow on turns....
Anyway, my time for 100 *** was 1:39.51. I think it's not so bad for the first time.
For some reason my swim felt too slow, as if I was a recreational kind of swimmer not a racer....is what is called adrenalin? I am pretty sure I was going hard for today all my muscles are in pain especially my abdominals....don't know.
I LOVED the UofH pool! Oh my it was absolutely beautiful!!!!!! Well, enough bubbling!
Also, can someone please tell me what the numbers (I marked them in red) are?
#33 Women 30-34 100 *** 1:38.00 1:39.51 (6) 3
47.01 1:39.51 (52.50)
Thanks all for all your help!

Thanks guys! I think I definitely want to do it again!!!! Wish there were more meets around here! :coffee:
Hey, here's a question, I don't really get anything from the Masters' team at the club where I am, if I decide not to do Masters at my club can I still compete at Masters Meets? :dunno:
You can train yourself and swim at Masters Meets unattached. Provided you are registered with USMS. Teams allow you to swim relays--even if nothing else. :)
