Starts: How do you do this + video.

My start is relatively flat (I don't do a belly smack or anything like that), it just needs some work - was wondering how does one accomplish a start like this (it's easier for me to have someone describe what to do with my body rather than actually see it done)... www.youtube.com/watch I'd like to add that fast "arching of the back" into my start. Thanks!
