Just curious of what type of breaststroke most people here swim? Which one of these three : conventional (flat), wave, or undulating (i.e. the very flexible Amanda Beard) you guys found most efficient and comfortable to swim? I found myself swim a combination of wave and undulating. Just wonder what you all think of these different types of breaststroke. :agree:

Hmmm...wavy, undulating? I think it falls 90% wave, 10% undulate. I think I am a little more curvy and get higher out of the water than most wave breaststrokers but I'm really quite clueless these days. I really am dying to get a video of my breaststroke so I can pick it apart. Clueless but sub 1:30 ;) Goal Attained!:woot: Don't forget to put that on attagirl thread!! Good job...and thanks for rooting me on. It was nice to have someone there...
