Creatine - anyone using it to enhance their meet performance?

Just wondering. We have a little debate in our club if it is effective or not for swimmers. I know 100 - 200 m athlete sprinters use it frequently, so it might be interesting for at least 50 m distances in the pool.
Comments anyone?

Now that is something I did not know about an apple. What is in the apple that gives it that effect?
You'll have to ask a dietician :)
I'll look it up later if you want, or if you search look under the angle of eliminating caffeine...or caffeine addiction..

That said...you'll find me with at least 2 coffee's in the morning. I am very gastro-sensitive to apples.
