As to "how does it help the team?" it does'nt, but that is not the concern of the individual doing this sort of thing. It is about control, I have control, you think you can get away with (insert transgression)? I will show you!....effect on team never enters the thought process.. very sad...see it all the time.in business, personal relationships etc...very sad
