Attending someone else's State Meet

Is it considered bad manners to go to an out of state, state meet? I don't mean the regular season meet, but the final state meet. Just curious.

As an Arkansan I attended a couple of meets in Oklahoma last year. Didn't seem to be any problem other than the language barrier :D
