My fly was a bit btter tonight. I only did 4x25 but it was rally just to check out how I could moanouver. I got the head first entry thing going, which felt very easy, and then tried to keep arms a bit lower.. It felt pretty good not "OMG I am gonna die before I get to the wall" demanding. I'll be interested to get some eyewitness comments on what's missing.

As a non-flyer, I mean non-flyer, and will start my 350yd fly challenge on the 19th of this month, I decided this morning to start working on little bits and pieces. And I will note that they stayed that way and not for long:rofl:. I swam about 75 yds total of single arm fly alternating arms of course. And that was enough for me. I'll stay tuned to this thread for all of your tips!! And YES, I was wearing very large fins, not my Zoomers.:help: donna
