hey all.
i've been searching and searching the internet for the results from the 2000 Cadillac Challange/Long Island Open, held in July '00 in East Meadow, NY (at the nassau county pool). i've checked USA-S's website, and all the usual places. so does anyone either have a copy of this meet's results, or know somewhere else i can check to find it???
thanks a million everyone!

oh yeah, trust me, i've tried every combo i can think of in all the search engines i know. plus i've started going through every single results page of every single LSC in the country (i've made it to Michigan), *and* i've emailed the results chair email address from the LSC that hosted the meet. i'm running out of ideas here- it's like the meet didn't exist, but it did, cause you can find articles about christina teuscher doing well at it...
:dunno:
:help:
I don't see the results to that meet on Metro swimming's website, so you might want to contact someone on the board. I'm sure someone could find the results for you: www.metroswimming.org/.../Board.htm

Molly Grover:
You can find the results of the Top 3 places from that meet in a Swimming World magazine issue from September 2000, which is the Olympic Trials edition and has Ed Moses on the cover. The results are on page 62 of that issue. If you can't find full results from anywhere else, perhaps you can contact them and they might be able to get you a copy.
Well I just tried typing several variations on that title you gave into google and got nothing....very strange....that almost never happens to me.....Can you think of any other key phrases that you can associate with the event that you can run google searches on? Its my only advise (kinda lame advise eh?...LOL!!) Good Luck Mollie!

maybe my major is showing its ugly head...but seize...ehem cease.
hee hee.
sorry now back to the topic:dedhorse:
Mollie:
What you can do is e-mail USA Swimming and see if they have full results of the meet. I did this about 9 years ago when I had to have those results with splits and back up tape because a USMS Swimmer from my LMSC set a USMS National Record and forgot to get documentation. We were lucky because someone on Mike Unger's staff knew where the results were and was able to get a copy of what we wanted. My suggestion to you is e-mail them for the results of the events that you swam. Maybe they can get you the whole meet. Its worth a try. I did it and got what I wanted. This request is a last resort if you cannot find them any place else.
Wow sounds kinda high maintenance to me. ;)
maybe rich needs to be the horse... :dedhorse:
Anyways, now that we've all corrected everyone on their grammar and spelling... Mollie, any luck finding the meet results yet? Why are you looking for this meet in particular?
Note:
Mollie spells her name with an I-E instead of a Y
;)
Muppet Jeff:
Than you should have said something at this meet that I am linking that had the name spelled wrong because that is why I thought the name was spelled that way. Go to the link that I have provided here and you can see that. I believe you were at this meet also. Right?
