Does anyone out there do Spin Classes?

I'm considering doing a spin class to get some extra aerobic endurance. Does anyone else do this? If so, has it helped your swimming?

Oh yes. I do from time to time. Hurts so bad I was actually crying. I think. Maybe it was just all that sweat. But it hurt, in a good way.
