Does anyone out there do Spin Classes?

I'm considering doing a spin class to get some extra aerobic endurance. Does anyone else do this? If so, has it helped your swimming?

I love to spin and bike for cross training. Easier on the knees and shoulders. Great variety. Builds leg strength. More cardio. I've said it before, when I retire, I'm going to be a mountain biker. You are very brave. I gave up mountain biking after a trip to the emergency room and some stiches caused me to miss my first date with my husband. Fortunately he was understanding and willing to reschedule, or I'd probably still be single. :laugh2: Spin bikes are safer.
