I'm considering doing a spin class to get some extra aerobic endurance. Does anyone else do this? If so, has it helped your swimming?

I love to spin and bike for cross training. Easier on the knees and shoulders. Great variety. Builds leg strength. More cardio. I've said it before, when I retire, I'm going to be a mountain biker.
