Does anyone out there do Spin Classes?

I'm considering doing a spin class to get some extra aerobic endurance. Does anyone else do this? If so, has it helped your swimming?

I have a gel seat cover too. It doesn't eliminate the problem, but it does help . . . and it was much cheaper than buying the shorts.
