Seeing as Nationals are fast approaching (eek!), I thought I'd post this now to give time for debate, planning, and change to make sure we can see some action. ;) Here's what I was thinking: There's a Red Robin (though there are plenty of other choices also) fairly close to the pool (by the mall...about 5 milesish..maybe). I would LOVE to meet everybody from these forums so I was thinking Friday or Saturday night we should have a little dinner and drinks soiree. The formally organized USMS social is Saturday night. So...that's my thought. Let's hash out some details and make it happen!! :drink: :groovy: :woot:

  • Kirk or Peter- do Mariners' games usually sell out? Or can we just get tickets at the game? I don't care if we miss the first pitch (although it's fun to see)... I'll check with my teammates to see if they are interested, too. I know quite a few went last time we were there- so it may have lost something! But I'm definitely up for Friday night. I know at Pac Bell Park in SF you can certainly get the dog and the beer and the garlic fries (YUM!!!!), however they do have healthy stuff too. Is Safeco the same? Seagurl, I think we should start finding out who wants to go and what hotel, if any, are they staying at... this will be a lot of fun (I fear!!!) :p
