move your arms as fast as you can,
if you don't know when to kick keep your body pretty flat
get a good streamline and push off each wall
improve your SDK
she's pretty fast for someone so height challenged
1- I had no idea the Fortress was so fast or so "high" up in the rankings. I already had respect for her, just by reading her posts and so forth, but now I have a different perspective altogether.
