SCM Preliminary Top Ten is now available. You can see how you did,how your friends did and how your fellow posters did(except for the annonymous ones) SCM is consistently the easiest venue to make Top Ten in,so I recommend Y'all try to swim some SCM meets.

Always important to be able to bring that race home. Its all in the 3rd 50, or so I have been told lol. I dont know what splits u saw but 1:00 for last 100 seems little brisk. Here is link to my personal bests with splits. These meets are from my USS swim team.
