I finally got my mp3 player working...and now...I need to fill it with some great great songs to get my pumped and motivated for both dryland-running-biking-and pre-race!! So anyone have any suggestions:wave:

Anything live . . . I have a bunch of Bon Jovi concerts on mine. The live versions just have an energy to them that studio recordings don't have. When I (used to) run on the treadmill I watch concert DVDs - same thing.

I eagerly await the Monday release of Bloc Party's new album. Their current album is fantastic to workout to.
Arctic Monkeys and Queens of the Stone Age also provide good music to run by, even if gull says running provides no benefit to swimming.
