Something to consider as you weigh the risks and benefits of septoplasty. Do you snore? If so you may also have some degree of obstructive sleep apnea. This may be a point to consider in your final decision. OSA is not benign and can, over time, cause a variety of medical problems that may be avoided by opting for the septoplasty.
