I'm not sure how to present this thought. But just as sure as butterfly is not *** stroke anymore, neither is the butterfrog stroke the same as butterdolphin.
How's'bout separating them into two different events.

I think they should eliminate strokes and events, no butterfrog, no breaststroke, no back stroke, nothing over a hundred, add 25s, add 25 dolphin kick.
This would shorten meets and only real swimmers would enter.
