ANTI Rant

ANTI Rants are those little things we enjoy things that give us small moments of pleasure saticefaction praise worthy items Because I have been immersed in the Fortress vs. Sinus Bacterium battle, I have been doing restorative, i.e., very, very slow swims and a lot of dolphin kicking on my back. I was feeling rather snuffle-y and doing a restorative swim in my 85 degree health club pool this afternoon. Two other swimmers stopped on their way out to tell me I had "great technique." :rofl: ;) That was a very "small moment of pleasure." The other thing that has given me many moments of pleasure and laughter is meeting my long lost twin sister Beth and baby sister Heather (among other great folks) on this forum.:rofl:
