Hey
So, I am kind of new on here, I've been here for a month or so, but I still feel new here, I do not know anyone, and no one knows me! I am sure there are other people on here who are newer as well, and would like to meet all you long time members:-D
So I propose we start a thread just introducing yourself and maybe saying a thing or two about yourself, where your from, what you swim, whatever information you would like to share with the group:wave:
Hopefully, this isn't a completely lame idea?

Hey all, started swimming competitively when I was 6, quit around 11. Started again in High School, did one year of Junior College to bring my GPA up to go to the University of Nebraska, before that happened I did a 180 and joined the Army to see the world. 20 years later I retired and now work as a contractor for the government (yeah....one of those!!!!:joker: ) Started swimming again in 2000 to get back in shape and quit smoking. Been swimming off and on since and love it.....it's what keeps me sane!!! Love the sound of the water rushing past my ears as I swim!!! I have 2 Beagles and a Jack Russell that keep me busy besides my two kids. One of them swims, the other plays soccer.
