Hey So, I am kind of new on here, I've been here for a month or so, but I still feel new here, I do not know anyone, and no one knows me! I am sure there are other people on here who are newer as well, and would like to meet all you long time members:-D So I propose we start a thread just introducing yourself and maybe saying a thing or two about yourself, where your from, what you swim, whatever information you would like to share with the group:wave: Hopefully, this isn't a completely lame idea?

Ivor last time I was in England in 1958 the beer was sold off the shelf and was warm. Have they found out about cooling the beer there yet??? Hey now George...depends what beer your talking about. Anything that is a lager/pilsner type should be cold, and out of the fridge. Anything that is a true "Ale" (best, mild, bitter, should be cool not arctic).. It's catch 22...this side of the pond you can't find a domestic lager worth drinking, and the ales Sam Adams etc are served way too cold... As for how you torture Bass Ale in the refridgerator...leaves me speechless. I send back frozen glases and leave my dark beers to warm before drinking. If anyone is in town, and feels like going on a beer fact finding mission with me, let me know. I promise I'll drink at a North American pace for you....:thhbbb::eek: ;) :drink:
