Wowzers. I can hardly move my arms. We are doing doubles everyday for the past 2 weeks. I'm a sprinter and a butterflyer...and we've been pounding out 50/100/200s sprint for 14 days or 28 practices. My legs are busted...from doing squats/deep knee bends/wall sits/ jump rope/ weight lifting/treading water/kicking...and my arms are exhausted.
What do you all do to loosen up and deal with the soreness?! I really like those bengay patches. They work wonders...and stretching in a warm shower.

Massages!! I love love love getting massages. They really help to loosen you up. I just found this stuff called Badger Balm Sore Muscle Rub that's really good too. It's an all natural rub that has chilies in it that warms up the muscles and helps them relax.
