Does anybody do parkour as a dryland exercise? I'm thinking of starting and was wondering how/or if it affected swimming.

The guy at the start was really good...except he annoyed Daniel Craig and got shot...lol
That's actually what prompted me to really look into it. I've known about it for a long time but never really thought to get into it. But if it's good enough for Daniel Craig (I know it was a stuntman dont' crush my bubble) then it's good enough for me.
Police evasion techniques are always a good skill to have. You just never know. ;) I am kinda worred it'll kill me knees and end my breaststroke career, which is why I'm curious if anyone here knows anything.
