Ultra-Swim shampoo, conditioner and body wash--now I won't smell like the pool so much!!
Wohoo!! Now to Carb up for tomorrow's workout!

I mean a $250 high neck suit is kind of unesasary.
Just look at the swimmers with wr's and what they wore.
50- old school sut
100- legs i think
200- fully body
400 and up... Iv been told if you do long distance and wear a body suit, i starts to get hot after a while.
flys- legs
breasts- jammers
IM's- jammers
If you got 2 pairs of legs each $160, you would save $180. Thats enough to each get new goggles, caps, swim bags, new practice suits. Or you could have gotten the FS1 high neck slevless on speedousa.com for $75.
