Greetings folks. I plan on doing some speed-assisted training and would like to know what diameter size of surgical tubing I should get. This was from an article written by Glenn Mills. Any advice would be great. Thanks.

And yet I never had any (serious) issue doing this type of work (if you're refering to bending the tube over a 25m distance in order to lower a 25m under 10sec).
Still I should point out that I used very resistent ones. Not the same as the one we typically find in gyms for instance. I used to get them at a shop specialized into supplying medical furnitures.
