Well, it's that time. End of another year spent overweight and out of shape. I'm done with this body. Time to go back into the pool. This time I will stick with it. Gonna follow the "zero-to-1 mile in 6 weeks" plan and go from there. Hard to believe I was an "A" swimmer circa 1983. :D

:confused: I've been thinking about this thread and all of you who took on this challenge of swimming a mile. How has everyone been doing? Have you completed your mile goal?

Glad to see you're still at it!
I'm on week 3 of the challenge. I like it. I haven't gone too far outside of my comfort zone, which is good. I like having a roadmap to the 1650.
I tend to be doing this as a warmup before going on to other stuff. Which works out quite well provided I have the time to spare.
