Well, it's that time. End of another year spent overweight and out of shape. I'm done with this body. Time to go back into the pool. This time I will stick with it. Gonna follow the "zero-to-1 mile in 6 weeks" plan and go from there. Hard to believe I was an "A" swimmer circa 1983. :D

Thanks Sarah! I now want to keep up my motivation to be consistent with swimming 3 times a week (I will be happy with a consistent 2 times each week but 3 sure would be nice.
If you havn't finished the mile -- keep at it and don't rush things --- you WILL get there.
