Well, it's that time. End of another year spent overweight and out of shape. I'm done with this body. Time to go back into the pool. This time I will stick with it. Gonna follow the "zero-to-1 mile in 6 weeks" plan and go from there. Hard to believe I was an "A" swimmer circa 1983. :D

What kind of distances/workouts were you doing before you started this? I'm having doubts about whether I'll be able to keep up. . . but I'm sure going to try.
Wren it will be hard work but we will do this step by step...at breaststroke I could do this with no issue...it will be a challenge for me doing this at crawl. We will keep a blog here or something.
Is anyone else looking to start this in Feb?? Let us know.
