Back in the pool

Well, it's that time. End of another year spent overweight and out of shape. I'm done with this body. Time to go back into the pool. This time I will stick with it. Gonna follow the "zero-to-1 mile in 6 weeks" plan and go from there. Hard to believe I was an "A" swimmer circa 1983. :D Wish me luck....

    OK:banana: I will be on the team!! I will start over on February 1st as suggested to see if I can improve my time. I do love having a goal for each swim. I think if the current level is really hard and painful in your training, there is no harm (and probably good) in staying at that level for an additional few workouts. None of us are apparently in any hurry, we just want to build our strength, stamina, and enventually speed. Let's have a name for our team heh? Nancy
